1. General. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Mastercard ‘Ignition Beach Priceless Surprise’ promotion (“Promotion”). By participating, you accept these Terms. The Promoter is Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 95 108 603 345) of 72 Christie Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065. The Promotion takes place exclusively within the Mastercard Lounge located at Ignition Beach, St Kilda, Victoria (the “Lounge”). 

2. Promotion Period. The Promotion runs from 9:00 AM (AEDT) on Thursday, 5 March 2026, to 11:00 PM (AEDT) on Sunday, 8 March 2026. 

3. Eligibility. Entry is open to Mastercard cardholders aged 18 years or older who are physically present in the Lounge during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter or its agencies are ineligible. 

4. How it Works (Game of Chance). There are no forms to fill out. Throughout the Promotion Period, Promoter representatives will randomly select Eligible Entrants inside the Lounge to receive a Prize.

5. Prizes. The total approximate prize pool value is AU$9,940. Prizes to be given away randomly across the Promotion Period consist of: 

• 60 x Team Priceless T-Shirts (Valued at $100 RRP each) 
• 40 x Team Priceless Pins (Valued at $5 RRP each) 
• 6 x Senna Grandstand Friday Tickets ($340 RRP each)  
• 5 x Senna Grandstand Saturday Tickets ($340 RRP each) 

6. Prize Conditions.

• Limit of one (1) Prize per person.
• Prizes are awarded "as is," are subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an item of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable.
• The Promoter’s selection decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Content Capture & Privacy. Photography and filming (including targeted recording of Prize allocations) may be in progress prior to an Eligible Entrant being selected or approached. While no personal data is required simply to receive a Prize, the Promoter’s right to use any captured footage or images of a Winner for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly contingent upon the Winner signing a separate, physical media release form at the time of the award.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if it cannot run as planned due to reasons beyond its reasonable control (including weather, safety, capacity, or operational issues).

9. Liability & Governing Law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the Promotion. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria will have exclusive jurisdiction.
